Experience : Having 5/7 Years Experience In Handling Factory Laws & Rules Out Of Which 3 Years In Junior Management Position In Personnel/Industrial Relation Functions In A Large Industrial Undertaking Preferably In Psu.
Responsibility : Shall Be Responsible For All Personnel/Establishment/Ir/Administration/ Legal And Other Allied Matters Of Corporate Office/ Factory As The Case May Be.
Age Limit : Not Exceeding 35/40 Yrs.
Scale Of Pay : Rs. 6,550 – 200 – 11,350/- Or Rs. 8,600 – 250 – 14,600/-
