Junior Research Fellow (JRF): 3 Posts, Duration: 2 years, Stipend of Rs.12000 per month, Qualifications: M.Sc. in Electronics / Physics with specialization in solid state Physics or electronics with 60% marks with NET qualified or equivalent. Age: 28 Years
Scientist-A: 3 Posts, Rs.15600-39100 + AGP of Rs.6000, Qualifications: ME/M.Tech in Electronics/ Radiophysics with good academic background with at least 55% marks having 3 years of first hand research experience. Age: 30 Years
Scientist-B: 2 Posts, Rs.15600-39100 + AGP of Rs.8000, Qualification: PhD in Electronics/Radiophysics with good academic record and at least 55% marks in M.Sc/M.Tech/M.E. with 6 years of research experience. Age: 35 Years
