As its maiden venture, the company has set up two thermal power plants with a capacity of 210 MW each in the IB valley area of Jharsuguda District in the State of Orissa (Ib Thermal power Station) at a cost of Rs.11350 million.
Asst. Manager : 04 Posts, Qualification Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with minimum 65% marks/ preferably with Diploma from NPTI/CEA approved training institute, 2-3 years of post qualification experience.
Dy. Manager : 01 Posts, Qualification M.Sc (Chemistry) or Degree in Chemical Engineering with minimum 60% marks, 5-7 years of post qualification experience.
Sr. Manager(Mech.) : 01 Posts, Qualification B.Tech/BE Mech, 12-14 years of post qualification experience.
Manager (Mech.) : 01 Posts, Qualification Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 65% marks, 8-12 years of post qualification experience.
Manager(Elect.) : 01 Posts, Qualification B. Tech./BE (Electrical) , 12-14 years of post qualification experience.
Manager(C&I) : 01 Posts, Qualification Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 65% marks and Diploma from NPTI/CEA, 8-12 years of Post Qualification Experience.
Sr. Manager : 01 Posts, Qualification B. Tech./BE (Mechanical/Electrical), 12-14 years of post qualification experience.
Dy. Mgr.(Environment) : 01 Posts, Qualification Environmental Science/BE (Environmental Engg.), 5-7 years of post qualification experience.
Dy. Manager(Safety) : 01 Posts, Qualification Recognised degree in any branch of engineering with Degree or Diploma in Industrial Safety with adequate knowledge of Oriya language. 5-7 years of post qualification experience.
Dy. Manager(Fire Services) : 01 Posts, Qualification Degree in Fire Technology from National Fire College, Nagpur. 5-7 years post qualification experience.
Manager(Legal) : 01 Posts, Qualification Degree in Law from a recognized University or equivalent candidates having Master Degree in Law will be given preference. 8-12 years of post qualification experience.
Manager (Admn.) : 01 Posts, Qualification Degree in any discipline and P.G. Degree/Diploma in PM&IR/MBA (HR) or equivalent from recognized University/Institution. 8-12 years of post qualification experience.
Dy. Mgr.(HR) : 03 Posts, Qualification Degree in any discipline and P.G. Degree/Diploma in PM&IR/MBA (HR) or equivalent from recognized University/Institution. 5-7 years of post qualification experience.
